I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—We were flying into Heathrow and new we would be tired. Hotel is literally steps away from The Elizabeth Line, by the Dominion Theatre, making it easy to explore the city and close to great restaurants and nightlife. The staff truly stood out; they were both personable and professional, going above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and valued. No request was too much trouble, and they made everything feel seamless. We stayed on Halloween, as we spilled out of the theatre, the streets were busy and noisy but just a few steps away, the hotel felt like an oasis of calm. Took the option of a quiet drink in the hotel bar before retiring. The room had everything needed and the bed was super comfortable, the power shower was great for feeling refreshed. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and hospitable stay. Will definitely return!

My room was cosy and had all the amenities i needed for a solo traveller, bonus was the expresso coffee machine provided in the room. Breakfast was such a delight there was a wide range of options as well as a menu option as well. Service was excellent. Also loved how clean everything was. Location was great too entry to london underground was 5mins away and if you are into shopping you are pretty much right in the middle of Oxford st the main shopping street with all the main stores. I also loved that was i walking distance to the theater district so was able to squeeze in several theatre shows during my stay (10-20mins walk depending on theatre).

The breakfast was the usual round of cereals, fresh fruit, pastries, various cooked options, toast, etc. I’d say that £25 per head is steep, especially if you are a light eater first thing in the morning. We ate at the hotel on one morning but found better value breakfast options in the surrounding area for the rest of our stay. The location was good… a ten minute brisk walk to Piccadilly. The nearest underground station (Tottenham Court Road) is a two minute walk away. The air conditioning was very welcome, the beds were very comfortable and the staff, everyone from reception to cleaners, were very lovely.

The staff were very helpful and cheerful. They went above and beyond to get me a twin room. I booked a twin room as I was given a choice at booking. But when I got there I was told I had a double room as twin rooms weren’t guaranteed. This caused me some concern as I was staying there with my adult son. In the end we got two single rooms. Breakfast was great. Bed comfortable. Love the coffee machine in the room and bottled water. Fantastic location.

The room was very spacious and clean, it had everything we needed. The location was perfect, it's near a Tottenham Court Road tube station, 2 supermarkets are located just 5 min from the hotel and it's in a very nice neighborhood. Covent Garden and Soho are in a walking distance from the hotel, which was perfect for us. There are a few small gardens located near the hotel which is perfect for a hot summers day.
